Construction Project Coordinator | Architecture & Design Background

My professional experience has been shaped by the connection between architectural design and construction execution. Holding a Bachelor in Architecture and Urbanism, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of the architectural process—from concept development and technical documentation to construction coordination and project delivery.

Early Career

While completing my degree, I began my professional journey as an Architectural Intern, supporting the development of architectural drawings and construction documentation for commercial projects. Working alongside architects and construction professionals, I gained practical experience in technical documentation, drawing revisions, consultant coordination, and the collaborative workflow of an architectural office.

This experience established a strong technical foundation and reinforced the importance of organization, communication, and teamwork throughout every stage of a project.

Construction Project Coordination

After graduating, I transitioned into construction project coordination, where I worked on commercial renovations, bank branch implementations, and a multifamily residential development. My role focused on connecting design documentation with on-site execution, collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams to support project delivery.

Throughout this period, I coordinated technical documentation, reviewed architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, supported procurement and scheduling activities, and conducted regular site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve design-related challenges. This experience strengthened my understanding of constructability, project coordination, quality control, and the relationship between design decisions and their successful implementation on site.

Working across different stages of the architectural process has allowed me to combine design thinking with technical knowledge and construction experience, strengthening my ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to well-coordinated projects.

My five-year degree provided a strong foundation in architectural design, technical documentation, and the built environment. The program combined design studios with technical disciplines including building systems, structural principles, construction technologies, urban planning, landscape architecture, and environmental comfort, while also developing proficiency in industry-standard software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
